Es Alpukat
If you travel to Indonesia, don't give a miss to 'Es Alpukat'.'Es' means ice, and 'Alpukat' is avocado, so 'Es Alpukat' literally means Ice Avocado Juice. The taste was absolutely delicious. I found the recipe on the Internet and here it is:
5 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons water
2 avocados
1/2 cup cold milk
1 cup chocolate milk
1/2 cup crushed ice
The above ingredients are for 2 servings.
